In this course students will learn the steps taken to address customer concerns satisfactorily, techniques for dealing with angry or upset customers, and how to manage the self-reaction of business staff. Students will gain an understanding of the importance of customer loyalty and retention and will learn that by actively working to resolve negative customer experiences the customer relationship could be stronger than before.
