This course provides an overview of key concepts associated with resolving team conflicts. Topics include identification of behaviors that influence conflict, techniques and practices for resolving conflict, managing reactions to conflict, evaluation and assessment techniques associated with resolving conflict, and techniques and practices for supporting conflict resolution.
(Member Fee based upon a minimum of 15 attendees. Costs may vary depending on class size. Withdrawal deadline is 1 week prior to class start date. After this date organizations will be responsible for paying for all individuals registered for the course.)
