LEAD Series: Conflict Resolution
In the Conflict Resolution course, participants will learn crucial conflict management skills, including dealing with anger and using the Agreement Frame. Dealing with conflict is important for every organization no matter what the size. If it is left unchecked or not resolved it can lead to lost production, absences, attrition, and even law suits.
A certificate will be given at the end of the series for those that complete all classes.
Register for the Class
Member price for class is $60 per employee. Non-member price for class is $75 per employee.
(Member Fee based upon a minimum of 8 attendees. Costs may vary depending on class size. Withdrawal deadline is 1 week prior to class start date. After this date organizations will be responsible for paying for all individuals registered for the course.) A program of SPEDA and Somerset Community College.
