LEAD Series: Employee Motivation

The Employee Motivation course will give participants several types of tools to become a great motivator, including goal setting and influencing skills. Participants will also learn about five of the most popular motivational models, and how to bring them together to create a custom program.

A certificate will be given at the end of the series for those that complete all classes.

Register for the Class

Member price for class is $60 per employee. Non-member price for class is $75 per employee.
(Member Fee based upon a minimum of 8 attendees. Costs may vary depending on class size. Withdrawal deadline is 1 week prior to class start date. After this date organizations will be responsible for paying for all individuals registered for the course.) A program of SPEDA and Somerset Community College.
